How Howards works: property video from your listing photos

Howards turns the photos you already have for a listing into a finished property video. You send the photos, we produce the video, and you receive it within 24 hours. You or your office admin can order through the dashboard or by email.

Here is what the service includes, what to send us and how payment works for each ordering route.

What Howards is

We are a New Zealand property video service. Every video is created from your listing photos, using AI-assisted production with human quality control. We choose the shots, the order, the movement and the music.

There is no shoot or site visit to arrange. You order the finished video and leave the production with us. Read why we work this way if you want the reasoning behind the service.

What the videos look like

What you send us

Send your listing photos. If you order through the dashboard, upload them with the video request. If you order by email, send a link to a Dropbox, Google Drive or other private folder.

The photographs are the source material for the video. We do not come to the property to capture footage. You can use the photos you already have for the listing, with the creative decisions handled by our team.

What you get back

Choose between two products. A Full Listing Video is horizontal and runs for 60 to 90 seconds. It gives you a video for listing pages, campaigns and vendor marketing, created from the listing photography.

A Social Reel is vertical, giving you social-ready content from the listing photos. Choose the format for the place you plan to share it.

Both products are delivered within 24 hours. You receive a finished video, with the shots, movement, order and music chosen by us. You do not need to assemble scenes or work through an editor.

What it costs

A Full Listing Video is $199. A Social Reel is $149. Both prices include GST. You can check the products on our pricing page before placing the request.

Who pays is up to you. When the vendor wants video, you can include Howards in your marketing package and oncharge it. When the vendor’s budget does not stretch to video, you can fund it yourself.

The ordering route determines when you pay: at checkout through the dashboard, or after delivery if you order by email. The products and production approach remain the same.

By email

2. 2.We make the video and send it within 24 hours.
3. 3.We invoice after delivery. Payment is due within 7 days.

You or your office admin can order either way. The email route needs no account: send the photo link and leave production with us.
