How ordering works

  1. Email us at contact@howards.ai with the listing address and your listing photos.
  2. We confirm the price and send our US Terms. Reply "I agree" and we start.
  3. We send a secure Stripe payment link or invoice, either before we start or after delivery, as agreed. We aim to deliver your video within 24 hours of receiving your order and photos.
